Suing the Human Line Project

·

·

Last month, I filed suit in British Columbia Supreme Court against Etienne Brisson and The Human Line Project for defamation and intentional infliction of mental suffering. This action follows a formal cease and desist sent by my counsel on May 25, 2026 which was ignored.

Canadian Defamation Law

In Canada, the burden is on the defendants to prove that what they said was either true or opinion based on reasonable facts. Brisson will be unable to meet that burden.

I’ve already documented how they falsely reported me to the police for “AI psychosis.” I believe that call was intended to intimidate my reporting. Over the course of several months, Brisson and members of The Human Line Project have published multiple false statements about my mental health and behavior, including:

  • Suffers from AI induced delusions and erotomania;
  • Has and is engaged in ai induced harassment, stalking, and defamation
  • Has and is engaged in criminal activity; and/or
  • Has and is engaged in copyright infringement.

Every single one of these allegations is false and evidence of a malicious smear campaign.
